It was Rosh Hashana when Reish woke up early in the morning excited to go to Shul. But as Reish left its house it saw that it had started raining leaving the sky grey. Reish was hoping for a bright sunny Rosh Hashana Day. However, as rain is a sign of a brocha (blessing) Reish was not too worried. When Reish left shul after the service it looked up and noticed a clear blue sky and a beautiful round rainbow! Reish just stood still looking at the rainbow. When another member of the shul walked past it noticed Reish looking intensely at it and said, Reish, I see why you love rainbows so much, because just like you, rainbows are round. Reish never thought about that before, but it liked it, it made sense. As Reish made its way home it was thinking of the exciting Rosh Hashanah foods it will have, like the the delicious Rimon (pomegranates) and the Rosh (head) of the fish.
