A story about
Pay
Ever since Pay was a young child it loved to paint. There is one Jewish festival that Pay always looks forward to, and that’s Purim. Pay begins planning its Purim costume months before. Because of Pay’s love of painting, the most exciting parts of dressing up is painting its face. In fact Pay loves face painting so much you will always see it with a spot of paint right in the centre of its face. When Pay’s mother paints Pay’s face, it finds the most difficult part to paint is its Peh (mouth) because it’s always open and never closed. Last year Pay dressed up as a giant Pri (fruit). The other festival Pay loves is Pesach (Passover) which works great for Pay as on Pesach we have to eat lots of Matzah, and because Pay has a mouth that’s always open it’s quite easy to eat as much Matzah as it likes.
